Can we expand the number of licenses?
Yes! You can purchase additional licenses at any time. We offer a 50% discount on the entire purchase when you buy more than 20 licenses. For example, if you need 21 licenses, you'll pay $839 instead of $1,679. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What is the license duration?
Methodology coaching and technical support are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can renew the support package annually to continue receiving coaching and technical assistance.
Is this for one class or the whole school?
The Complete Program Kit is designed per organization. With 10 licenses, you can use it across multiple classes and teachers. The licenses are flexible—you can assign them to different teachers or classes as needed throughout the year.
What if we need more support or training?
The kit includes methodology coaching and technical support. If you need additional training or on-site support, we offer custom packages. Check out our "Teacher Training & Materials" or "Full Support — On-Site" options, or contact us for a tailored solution.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes! We offer a free pilot program where you can get one license plus coaching at no cost. Join our teacher pilot program, run missions, and share feedback. This is a great way to test the program before making a full commitment.
What if it doesn't work for our school?
We're committed to your success. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss options. Refunds are handled according to App Store Education policies. We also recommend starting with our free pilot program to ensure the solution fits your needs.
How quickly can we get started?
Once you purchase the Complete Program Kit, you'll receive access within 1-2 business days. We'll set up your licenses, provide access to the curriculum materials, and schedule your initial coaching session. Most schools are up and running within a week.
Do we need special LEGO® sets?
No! That's the beauty of Brickit—you use the LEGO® bricks you already have. The app works with any mixed collection of LEGO® pieces. No need to buy specific sets or sort your bricks beforehand.
What devices are supported?
The Brickit for Classes app works on iOS and Android devices. You can mix and match—some teachers can use iPads, others can use Android tablets or phones. We'll help you set up the licenses on your preferred devices.
Do you support Chromebooks and mixed-device classrooms?
Yes. Brickit runs on most modern Chromebooks that support Android apps via Google Play. Districts typically approve the app through managed Google Play and then rotate iPad, Android, and Chromebook devices across classes. All devices access the same missions and facilitation notes, so you can keep one curriculum while mixing hardware generations.
Do students need accounts or logins?
No. Brickit does not require student accounts, which keeps deployments compliant with strict privacy policies and makes shared carts or Chromebook labs easy to manage. Teachers sign in with their school credentials, and students interact through the scanning/building interface only.
Is there a dedicated Android education roadmap?
We are actively building a Brickit for Classes Android edition with additional deployment controls, offline protections, and management features. We do not announce public timelines, but purchasing schools and pilot partners receive periodic roadmap updates and opportunities for early testing.
